Good morning, The lock down period has been extended to 3 more weeks. It was very important step to Flatten the curve of the Coronavirus spread as Social distancing is very important at this stage. Many times, being isolated from every one can create lot of anxiety... Existence anxiety, as to how long this is going to last, Financial anxiety, as to crashing of the stock market, pay cuts and when you have to continue to pay your rent and other expenses, Social anxiety, where you want to meet your family and friends, you have all the time but can't.. How to deal with all this? * Follow a regular routine, include some form of yoga and meditation in your schedule * Restart the abandoned hobby for which you had no time * Read a book, write a journal, pen down your memoirs * Play with your kids, do some craft activities, paint..
